I prepare the room prior the election days. Before and during the election days I am on duty processing phone calls. I hand out the voting ballots, count the votes and take part in the off-site at home voting for persons with disabilities.

I managed two teams at Practicum by Yandex: community managers and support agents. From scratch we built a community which raises our NPS and trust to online education in the tech industry. I also organized the beta-testing of the educational programs and set up the feedback process, where other teams received comments from users and could propose hypothesis for further implementation. Setting up a dedicated English-speaking support team helped reduce the time for the first answer, raised customer satisfaction rate and significantly raised the metric of free introductory course completions. One of the key results of my work was to receive the first couple of hundred paid students with the average order value of $2500+. While I was working as a team lead, I hired more than 15 people and in less than half a year I built a system of trainings and strategic planning of the performance for my colleagues and subordinates.

Prepared analytical reports to support architectural design of more than 15 streets of Moscow. Participated in field research and studies the problems of the space. Researched the correlation of street lighting and traffic accidents. Took part in discussion of the proposed projects with government officials.

Conducted more than 10 studies in the following spheres: banking, finance, sales, entertainment, construction works, online streaming, mobile applications and other. Led negotiations with our partners to help them reach their business goals through desk research. Conducted the first UI/UX research in the company which helped the clients entirely rebuild the process of ordering debit and credit cards remotely. Managed the creation of the platform that automatically parsed news in the banking sphere and collected marketing materials from more than 100 sources.

Taught the basics of Python for 15 kids aged 10-15.

Recruited and communicated with the speakers of the Forum. Conducted negotiations about the price of their participation and signed contracts with more than 50 speakers. Coordinated logistics, liaison officers and personal speakers' agendas.

Developed methodological materials for the lessons, created educational materials for more than 30 various lessons and interacted with school officials, the students and their parents about educational performance.

Tagged and processed recorded phone calls for further speech recognition analysis with the means of ML.

For a week coordinated the activities of performing troops, managed their technical needs and used my knowledge of English, Spanish and French to give tours around the city. Got the skills of managing large crowds (for security reasons) and public speaking in front of many people. Overall, managed 5 bands on tour who gave a total of 25+ performances with the audience of 10k+ spectators.

Did city walks with the microphone to collect data about noise pollution in the inhabited areas.

Worked with the normative documents of the university and with the laws in the field of education and housing. Managed the plans of 10 delegated to the council. Helped escape expulsion from the university and eviction from the student dormitory for more than 10 students.

Collected and presented data about the use of LED-lights in the urban environment in other cities in the USA and the world. As a result of my work, the city made a decision to rapidly invest into this energy efficient way of lighting.

Hosted more than 10 events in partnership with the local library and boarding school for kids with cerebral palsy. Managed to attract the largest number of alumni to take part in the events in the region. More than 70 alums updated their contact information and shared their professional achievements after graduation from the program. Created one proposal for the Department of State Exchange Alumni grant.
