• Preparation production and operation programs and working plans for development operations; • Preparation of operations related procedures and manuals (e.g. design, control, isolation and abandonment, management of change etc.); • Optimization oil production, treatment, transportation process according to Company programs; • Preparation daily operations reports. Preparation monthly oil production / oil stock / oil reception-delivery inventory balance report. • Investigation of all incidents as Site Owner Responsible. Organizing accounting and analysis of technical accidents occurred at production facilities, work sites of the Company units, violations of process regulations and guidelines. • Manage all site activities (production, drilling, construction, loading departments). Reviews the performance of Contractors and Services Companies. • Coordination emergency response activities (within the prescribed authority subject to the ERP) and eliminating the consequences of incidents. • Collecting of the necessary materials for the examination of production and operation, preparing responses to expert comments. • Participation in all Risk Assessments (HAZOP / HAZID) before each operation, and ensures that all the relevant actions captured in the assessment are closed before the start of operations. • Managing pre- / commissioning process for new units / systems / objects. • Control of compliance all HSE rules and norms by all staff of employees. Ensuring safe operation of equipment on production field. • Participation in HR process for selection of professional staff.

Main responsibilities: • Participation in working out of HSE plans for production facilities upon agreement with operation and maintenance management group; • Working out of emergency response systems and algorithm to be applied on CPF, including management and control strategies; • Planning of job assignments together with the Head of commissioning and start-up activities support department; • Daily setting of tasks for dispatchers and supervision of their performance/ensuring labor discipline; • Ensuring the integrated work safety system efficiency; • Preventing risk of incompatible jobs simultaneous performance by ensuring that all the jobs on CPF are in compliance with safety rules. Supervision over fulfillment of preventive measures and rules; • Managing specialists’ team working on CPF in compliance with HSE rules and production targets; • Responsible for timely provision of equipment and for carrying out of work on the systems in operation; • Assistance in preparing and fulfilling of plans for specialists’ training and development as well as teaching newcomers; • Instructing and supporting young specialists; • Fulfilling responsibilities of the Shutdown Team Leader; • Preparing equipment and systems start-up, inspection, maintenance and preservation procedures; • Equipment failure troubleshooting. Achievements: • Elaboration and implementation of a tool for tracking and controlling equipment and fire and gas detection system inhibitions, which prevents double use of inhibitions and timely notification of any discrepancies; • Elaboration and implementation of chemical agents consumption control system; • Elaboration of young specialists on-job test and support program; • Elaboration and implementation of the well equipment hydraulic tests without safety system in operation; • Elaboration and implementation of automated data collection system for reports; • Elaboration and adjustment of the emergency system testing procedure; • Elaboration and implementation of post-workover well start-up procedure and methods of possible well performance troubles elimination; • Defining optimum parameters for different modes of the plant operation.

Main responsibilities: • Commissioning works on systems after construction or repair; • Assistance in elaboration of emergency response systems, including management and control strategies; • Managing work on start-up, operation and shutdown of the facilities, plant units or stations; • Checking of Addressable Fire Alarm System efficiency; • Permit to Work orders control and tracking, ensuring that safety rules are observed when work is being done; • Instructing and providing professional teaching to the Russian personnel; • Participation in emergency response action plans and drills; • Optimization of the facilities performance and minimization of risks and product loss; • Bearing responsibility for the finished product quality and observance of all the norms set to be met by it; • Control over oil treatment process parameters; • Forecasting possible deviations in case of any troubles in the process; • Managing production department field personnel. • Operate wells and production facilities and utility systems, rectify process disturbances, start and stop production facilities and utility equipment; • Carry out routine checks on production and utility facilities, HSE, PTW, and housekeeping; • Be able to troubleshoot, fault finds, all mechanical equipment located on plant; • Carry out or assist in carrying out integrity and performance well tests, wells unloading; • Make safe or assist in making safe production and/or utility systems for maintenance or modifications; • Carry out or assist in carrying out fuel loading activities; • Perform pigging operations; • Takes and records accurate readings during; well tests, all required production data, utility running equipment, and prepares reports, Verifies accuracy of data if change is noted; • Continually monitor safety system status; • Informs and advises supervisor about all relevant activities, problems relating to operations, process conditions, instrument control, and safety system as soon as they occur, or after taking initial corrective action; • Performs routine maintenance tasks on process, utilities, and life support systems.
